PPAP / Production Part Approval Process
Die-max works extensively in the corporate industrial environment and is fully versed and experienced in PPAP, the Production Part Approval Process. This procedure, required by many automobile manufacturers and other large industries, for outside parts manufacturers and suppliers, must be completed, submitted and approved before part production begins..
The purpose of PPAP is to ensure that suppliers of components comply with design specifications, and can run consistently, without negatively affecting the customer's supply line. PPAP helps improve quality control and ensures that you will achieve, and lower the cost of, the quality you demand.
